Sure, he can get annoyed of others' shenanigans, but he mainly wants to help make everyone's dreams come true. EMPEROR ZURG As the ruler of ToyWorld over at Earth-162, Emperor Zurg has tried many measures to honor his fallen mentor, Whomas. He often gets easily upset and even angry when others disagree with him, whether it's through his laws, or just the emperor's personal opinions.
