PLAN IT Packaging Fully Automated Robotic Case Packer / Tray Packer, engineered specifically for high‑speed clamshell applications. This advanced system gives customers the flexibility to run RSC cases or trays, with the entire line seamlessly integrated from tray forming to case sealing. Designed for performance, the system receives clamshells at speeds up to 70 ppm, feeding and grouping them directly into an ABB robotic pick‑and‑place cell for precise loading into trays or RSC cases. Once packed, cases move through our EzSeal RSC case sealer to ensure secure, consistent closure every time. For end‑of‑line automation, the system can be paired with either a robotic or cobot palletizer, creating a fully automated, labor‑efficient workflow from product infeed to palletizing. This installation represents phase two for our existing customer, who already operates our fully automated weighing and packaging line for Dates into clamshells.
