The dreaded gangster responsible for the brutal death of eight policemen during the Kanpur massacre has been caught on CCTV camera of a sweet shop in Faridabad. It is reported that he went to the shop after he visited the Oyo hotel in the same city. Haryana police are now on high alert as Uttar Pradesh has created fifty teams specifically for the purpose. UP STF is also closely tracking him. The CCTV footage shows Vikas Dubey from outside the same sweet shop. The dreaded gangster can be seen taking a three-wheeler auto and going away from the shop.
