A sound collector visits the indigenous village Tataka which sits inside Yushan National Park. She records the sounds of the surroundings while she meets the locals who are members of “Bunun Uncles”. They are trying to preserve traditional Bunun people's music. What connections do these six villagers have to the land and mother earth, so uniquely that influence her feeling for this place? What is she trying to achieve or seek? Is it the same thing with the villagers? How can we preserve this beautiful mother nature and the sounds from the living creatures for ourselves and for future generations to come?
