For the 5th edition of the DNNL unConference, “I Have A Dream 2.0”, we were honoured to be hosted (once again) at the Rabobank Mondriaan Tower in Amsterdam — and to welcome Erik Versnel, CEO Rabobank Amsterdam and board member of the Amsterdam Economic Board, into the programme. Erik isn’t your typical bank director. He carries a simple, grounded principle that mirrors DNNL’s mission: meet people where they are, and invest where the system too often doesn’t. That shows up in practice — in neighbourhoods across Amsterdam and through initiatives that back entrepreneurs and professionals who don’t fit the standard mould. In this video, Erik is interviewed by Charmène Sloof — a connector by nature, known for translating vision into clear goals anchored in what people actually value.
