Key West 1720 Repower & Rebuild after complete gut

In this video I pick up a Yamaha 115 four-stroke from Facebook Marketplace, repower the Key West 1720, completely rerig the boat, and install a new Starboard center console face — which came out super clean! After finding a solid deal online, I picked up the motor and brought it home to start the next phase of the Key West 1720 build. In the previous episode we removed the old motor, so now it’s time to clean up the wiring and start upgrading the console. I fabricated and installed a new center console face using marine-grade Starboard, creating a cleaner and more functional layout. I also installed a new switch panel and a jack plate blinker switch to make adjustments easier while running the boat. This project is all about bringing this Key West back to life piece by piece, and this repower is a big step toward getting it back on the water.
