1st Place for Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band Grade 3 at Banchory 2023 North of Scotland Championship

Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band from Aberdeen competing in Grade 3 bands during The North of Scotland Pipe Band Championship - Banchory 2023. This was held at King George V Park in Banchory on Sunday 14th May 2023. The band, who are led by Pipe major Robert Grant and wearing Grampian tartan, were awarded 1st place for their Grade 3 performance. There were 14 Pipe Bands taking part in this championship, thanks to the efforts of the organisers Banchory District Initiative, in conjunction with the Royal Scottish Pipe band Association - RSPBA - North of Scotland Branch
