With over 50 Michelin restaurants in Hong Kong, fine diners are absolutely spoilt for choice. We meet up with our friend Alex to experience gourmet Cantonese cuisine while soaking in the gorgeous Hong Kong skyline at Above & Beyond. We try a few of their signature dishes such as the Stir-Fried King Prawns with whole edible heads, Garoupa Fillet with Superior Chicken Broth, Taiwanese Tea Smoked Pigeon and Hong Kong style Peking Duck.
