ACL Recovery - Day 3 Skiing // Solitude // 2019 - 2020 Ski Season

We were able to use our Ikon Pass at Solitude for another practice day for Keith after his ACL surgery last year. This was Keith's 3rd day back skiing and he tried to work on leg strength and endurance. This video was recorded on December 22, 2019 and we would be having family visiting over Christmas. Keith wanted to be prepared before we skied with family. We skied a half-day at Solitude and then enjoyed the lunch buffet at St. Bernards in Solitude Village. Even though the early season conditions were a little icy and light was flat, it was a good day to warm up our legs for the upcoming season. At the beginning of this video, you will see an example of video footage damage. Anyone have this happening with their Go Pro? It seems to happen to several clips each day we film.
