Dashing can be BAD

Sorry for the delay in audio. I recorded it under the wrong settings and did it all in one take, and liked the content of the video. Also any feedback on how to approach this series would be much appreciated, as this is just a rough idea of how I would like the videos to go. This is the first in a new series I want to start that focuses on habits that are extremely common that aren't usually seen as habits. My hope is to bring awareness as to reason things are happening to you, or that you could notice the opponent doing some of the things mentioned in this series.
