In this video, I give a brief instruction on how to set the Metacycle rear wheel circumference using the bike's display. From the factory, the speed displayed is off by a significant amount even using the wheel and tire's correct circumference. Setting this to a lower value will result in the speed displayed on the Metacycle's display being lower. Raising it will increase the speed displayed. I would suggest copying my settings and then using aany of the free apps available for your phone that displays the speed using GPS. The steps for changing this setting are as follows: 1 - Depress and hold the left button under the front of the display (as viewed from sitting on the Metacycle) until the display shows 'CC' with three dashes. The first dash will be flashing indicating that is it ready to be changed using button presses. 2 - Release the left button. We will be entering the password '153'. If you wait more than a few seconds to depress a button the display will revert back to normal operating mode. You can depress and hold the left button again to re-enter the password entry mode if needed. 3 - Pressing and releasing the left button will advance the first digit (flashing dash). Depress, release and repeat until the number '1' is displayed. 4 - Depress and release the right button to advance to the next digit which is now flashing. Depress and release the left button again to advance that digit until '5' is displayed. 5 - Depress and release the right button again to advance to the next digit and use the left button to change that digit to '3'. 6 - As soon as the last digit is correctly entered, 'CC' will be displayed on the screen with a 4 digit number . The first digit will be flashing. 7 - Using the same method that you used to enter the password, change the displayed number to '1675'. This is the number that I had to use to get my Metacycle speedometer to read correctly. 8 - After entering the last of the 4 digits, the display will change to a different screen. Do Not change any of these values as they are used to set the rear hub motor configuration. After a few seconds of inactivity, the settings are saved and the display reverts to normal operating mode.
