Heather Penney - Part of the 121st Fighter Squadron of the District of Columbia Air National Guard, she was one of two pilots who quickly got airborne during the attacks to potentially intercept Flight 93. Giovanni Renteria - Morgan Stanley employee Giovanni Renteria was attending a training seminar on the 64th floor in the South Tower of the World Trade Center. During a short break, Renteria headed to the ground floor and as he was exiting the building noticed a large amount of debris falling from the North Tower. Niels Jorgensen - On September 11, 2011 Niels was off duty and working a side job to help make ends meet when he witnessed the first plane hitting the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
