An autocall feature on a Structured Note is a mechanism that results in the Note term ending prior to its original maturity date. The auto call feature is triggered when all underliers are trading above the initial level on an autocall observation day. After a Note is auto called, the investor will receive one hundred percent of their principal back plus any coupon payments due at that observation date. Auto call features can increase a Note’s return potential, but does create reinvestment risk. -------------------- Structured Notes can be a good investment if you understand how they work.
