What was the inspiration behind promoting the Celebration Culture? First of all when we are in the CRO industry I think every day people have to solve problems. And usually we meet to discuss problems, and from time to time we celebrate, but not really that frequently. And when you're looking at people post covid, working from home and then everybody is kind of in their own little world, solving problems, day in and day out. We felt it was very important to start highlighting our successes the same way we are talking about problems. Taking a moment frequently to appreciate the good work that is done is very important. I think of course emotionally. We want to make sure that you know we work with customers in a B2B setup, and our emotional state of mind is very important also for the whole atmosphere and working together. But also what is important of our Celebration Culture is that we want to highlight to each other what good work is done on a daily basis. You know, we are quite sizable organization now, and there's a lot of good things happening every day, every month. And very often we are not seeing that. So we want to use that at the company level to highlight to each other, the good work everybody is doing. And also of course healthy competition in that sense as well, that making sure everybody is feeling motivated to contribute to that right. We never did that in in such a style. Bringing the entire team from Europe together, almost the entire team, I think the biggest takeaway for me is that seeing people laughing, smiling, being super motivated; and engaged, and preparing their booths to show each other what they're doing. I think it's a lot of energy that you're feeling. And you know I think this post-covid is very interesting. People don't like to come to the office anymore, right. And sometimes you have to force them to go to the office. And every time you force them to do that; they leave it was amazing! It was great to see people, and so on. And I think it's a little bit like that here too. So we, as an organization, went through a lot of development despite covid, despite all the other challenges that we are facing in the world these days, in a very positive way. And I think we grew the team a lot over the last three years, a lot of really new Talent joined. But we never really had the chance to see each other. And as I said earlier, I think the part of our KCR culture is also develop a good team spirit. Because I think clients feel it, the teams feel it. It always is better to work in a good mood and with a good mindset. Than you have to drag yourself to the desk and then try to achieve something. And for me really seeing all those great people, and the smiles, and how they are excited to see each other, I think it's just great.
