This short meditation with Shruti Box, Frame Drum & Chanting is one of the shorter meditations that will be offered in that package. To prepare: find yourself in a comfortable position either sitting or laying down. For the best experience, I recommend putting on some headphones to block out any outside noise & to truly connect with the sounds. As we begin, try to not listen directly to the sounds coming at you but more so to simply hear them. Allow them to pass through your ears & into your brain & body. Lose yourself in the tones & the rhythm & breathe. Just be.
