❤️ Padang Soup ❤️ Ingredients: 500 gr of beef/bones (better to use ribs/oxtail) Spices (raw only), roasted spices: 7 shallots (mashed) 7 cloves of kating garlic (mashed) 1 tsp peppercorns ¼ nutmeg 6 cardamoms 2 star anise 1 roasted candlenut (optional) - tasty, but the sauce becomes cloudy 6 cloves 2 cm cinnamon sticks 1 Javanese chili 1 lb bay leaves 2 lbs kaffir lime leaves 1 thumb of ginger 1 thumb of galangal 3 spring onions 3 celery leaves 10 whole cayenne peppers 1 tsp salt 1 tsp beef stock powder (optional) ¼ tsp MSG (optional) 5 shallots, thinly sliced, fried 3 cloves of garlic, sliced thin, fried ±2 liters of water I added vegetables (carrots, broccoli, potatoes) so that the 15-month-old pupe (first baby) can consume its vegetables.
