Extract the Unique Values using a Formula in Excel

In this video, I am going to extract the unique values in my source list using formulas avoiding the UNIQUE() function with limited applicability on other excel versions and also the use of remove duplicates in the Data tab. There are two formulas created in this video, an array and non-array formula. For the array formula, the combination of INDEX(), MATCH(), and COUNTIF () will be used. IF(ISBLANK()) will also be used to avoid blank cells and IFNA() to remove the #N/A error. This array formula shall be finished with Ctrl+Shift+Enter. For the non-array formula, the combination of LOOKUP () and COUNTIF() will be used. The IF() statement will then be added to ignore blank cells and #N/A error. This non-array formula shall be finished by pressing Enter. Difference between the two will also be explained briefly, before the end of the video.
