Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery: An Overview

On behalf of the Education Committee of the Pediatric Section and Drs. Limbrick and Leonard and Durham, we are present the Educational Lecture on March 21st, 2023. This educational curriculum for the pediatric section consists of an every-other-month virtual conference featuring a 30-minute educational talk followed by a 30-minute case presentation/Q&A session hosted by a panel of junior faculty, and fellows. We are pleased that Dr. Matt Smyth, Chief of Neurosurgery, Professor of Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine,Division of Neurosurgery, Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. Jonathan Pindrik MD (Nationwide, Faculty) 3.) Bharath Raju, MBSS, MCh (UT Houston, Fellow) Our hope is that this educational series will serve to not only provide pediatric neurosurgical educational content to our fellows and residents but also introduce our junior faculty, fellows, and residents to the pediatric neurosurgery community.
