You will feel the pressure, AND there will be some physical exertion required, but your brain will stay "on" to learn. There's no pass/fail on these camps - this is your opportunity to collect intel/data/info to help you in your preparation. Kia ora, G'day Legends - I’m currently collaborating with individuals who have deep experience within the SAS community, spanning Selection, the Cycle, High Performance, and service in the Regiment. In the past there were some, specialised pre-selection camps which ran for 3-4days. These were used to prepare candidates for the specific rigors of the course. In a number of cases these programs led to success rates as high as 90% for those who attended. Due to the significant cost of resources and personnel, these programs are no longer provided by the organisations themselves—leaving a massive gap in candidate preparation, even though there is still a desire to help candidates prepare as well as possible. We're bringing that opportunity back. We're offering a condensed 36-48 hour experience in a controlled environment for those who are serious about the standard required to join the SAS. Reality check: This isn’t about removing the work—that’ll always be there. But it is about significantly reducing the guesswork, so you can arrive better prepared and more focused for whats to come. I’m looking for 10–15 individuals for the first pilot program in the Wellington Region. While this is primarily for those serious about joining the Unit, it is also open to anyone who wants to gain a deeper personal insight in a high-stakes environment like the Regiment. This is an opportunity to experience the 'Quiet Professional' standard at a pace that doesn’t require you to meet specific physical SF entry requirements during the camp itself. Yes, there will be work conducted - but it is not a pass fail camp.
