Lara fits the bill perfectly and is not far off entering her fourth decade at the frontline of the global reinsurance market. I have been interviewing her on and off stage for over 15 of those years and she has always combined a great ability to capture the essential temperament of the state of the market with the skill to communicate what she sees to others in a straightforward, no-nonsense way.
