I took a broken Case XX with a missing blade and gave it a complete overhaul with custom wood handles and a surprise blade swap that was borrowed from a Vintage Case XX Knife. In this video, a broken Case XX gets a new lease on life. This knife arrived with broken bone handles and a blade completely missing. Instead of a standard restoration, I decided to give it a Complete Overhaul and turn it into a custom "Frankenstein" Jack. I fitted a Clip Blade from a Case Peanut into the empty slot, creating a unique "Double Clip" setup. To make it work, I had to cut a custom "Easy Open" notch in the frame so the smaller blade is actually accessible. I also test out my New Saw for the first time to cut perfectly straight lines for the new Wood Handles. Watch the full process from the first cut to the final polish!
