And what are the benefits, if we have to use this word benefits of Zhong Jin Dao 中劲道？ Literally Zhong Jin Dao means When Energy 劲 flows in Balance 中, the Path 道 emerges. This is the Zhong Jin Dao 中劲道. If we can understand these 3 Chinese character 中劲道, we may feel that all of them have something in common and same, which is the Way. So, Zhong Jin Dao 中劲道 is a Way of Life. Training Zhong Jin Dao can help us build up strong body, open mind, and independent spirit. But all of these are side benefits. And the core benefit is Zhong Jin Dao may inspire our potential and lead us to liberate ourselves, and then we can live our life fully and completely.
