Megaworld is constructing its tallest hotel development, a 31-story building called ArcoVia Hotel, within the 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township along C5 Road in Pasig City. The hotel, set to open in 2029, will feature 339 suites with views of the Metro Manila skyline and the Antipolo mountains. Managed by Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, ArcoVia Hotel will be the 21st property under its management. Currently, Megaworld operates 12 hotels with approximately 5,000 rooms. Arcovia City is a 12.3-hectare mixed-use development by Megaworld Corporation, located in Pasig City, Metro Manila, along C-5 Road. This European-inspired township is designed to blend residential, commercial, and office spaces with green and sustainable features. Key highlights of Arcovia City include: 1. Arco de Emperador: A 23-meter tall bronze monument, the tallest of its kind in the Philippines, which serves as a major landmark. 2. Residential Developments: The first residential building, 18 Avenue de Triomphe, is a 37-storey condominium. Future developments include Arcovia Palazzo, featuring three towers. 3. Commercial Spaces: Arcovia Parade, a vibrant retail hub with a variety of dining and shopping options, including the first Popeyes branch in the Philippines since 2007. 4.
