This player home let's you live in a secret underground bunker that has an artificial AI that talks to you and removes your radiation before you enter. You get a bedroom that's filled with antiques and a bar to store all your drinks and food in, there's also a secret weapons locker next to it as well. There's an entire armory room on the opposite side of the hallway where you store and sort your weapons in lockers and on walls. There's even a medical station where you store and sort all of your aid items and can purify your own water. There's plants that you can pick from too. This player mod is absolutely incredible this is easily one of my top 5 player home mods for Fallout 3.
