Fatshark Goggle Battery Cable Extension, How to make it and Where to get it.

This is how to make a Fatshark power cable for your FPV goggles. Also information on where to get the barrel connector or plug is included. You can also buy the completed cable from certain vendors. To make a DIY Fat Shark goggle power cable you need a barrel connector and a battery connector such as a JST or XT60 connector. Some soldering is required but is very easy to do. The barrel plug is 5.5mm OD and 2.1mm ID in size. You can get them from Radio Shack (Tip M) or on Ebay. A cable 21.mm barrel to JST connector can be purchase already made from Hobbywireless for about $5 but the homemade ones are so easy to make that I always make my own. Just make sure to solder the red wire from the JST plug to the center hole of the barrel plug. The ground or negative voltage is on the outside ring of the barrel.
