Hello again fellow runners and hikers! I'm here to talk about our favorite part of our workouts...the recovery! :) I KNOW you love massages!!! What if you can receive one each and every day??? (Preferably just before bed, because you will be "out like a light"). This is the Osim U Love 2 Massage Chair! If the model doesn't seem right for you, they have many options. We liked ours so much we got one for my in-laws (the slightly smaller, Osim Divine). Okay, these things do take up space (you'll need 180cm x 80cm) and are a little cost prohibitive at four grand USD. However, considering that is about $11 a day for one year, we think it is worth it...And we are definitely planning to use this for years to come. There are eight full-body massages to choose from. I do at least a half-hour before going to bed and sometimes sneak in a third 15-minute round while watching the tube. It features, "V-hand" 720 degree rollers. You can also adjust the intensity of the massage action. In the winter, the heat function is also very nice.
