This place has been serving premium lamb koobideh kebab for more than 45 years, made with passion, experience, and true Iranian flavor. 🇮🇷🔥 Every morning at 6 a.m., three fresh lambs are delivered. The meat is carefully prepared by hand — trimmed, separated, chopped, and ground to perfection. Then comes their signature touch — pure saffron, giving the kebab its unique aroma and golden color. 🌸 Another cool thing? Their cheerful baker makes fresh, hot sangak bread every day right in front of the customers.
