18 Months ago I completely ruptured my Triceps Tendon Close Grip Benching at the gym, in a freak accident. A huge setback, not only physically, but mentally as well. After a huge delay in getting the first operation to reattach my Tricep and months of rehabilitation I then suffered severe Ulna Nerve issues, which if left untreated could have resulted in the loss of use of my fingers. This meant another operation and starting the whole process again. Will I ever be able to return to Professional Competition again ? Will I ever get back to Fullstrength ?
