The Lanikai Pillbox Hike, also popularly known as the Kaiwa Ridge Trail, is one of the most picturesque and pleasant Oahu hiking trails. This intermediate hike rises just above beautiful Lanikai Beach, rewarding hikers with some of the best vistas of Oahu’s windward side. An excellent hike to enjoy a Hawaiian sunrise. The trail head is located at: 265 Kaelepulu Dr, Kailua, HI 96734 Parking is free but limited, and keep in mind that if you park illegally in the Lanikai area, you may get a parking ticket. I would recommend you to park in the Kailua Beach Park 0.7 miles from the start of the Lanikai Pillbox Hike. Thank you for watching.
