Ingredients Around 500 grams boiled chickpeas 1 tbsp salt Chili flakes (to taste) Italian seasoning (to taste) Black pepper (to taste) 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 cucumbers, diced 2 large avocados, diced 1 small red onion, finely chopped 1 small lemon, juiced ½ tbsp zaatar ⅓ tsp salt (for dressing) A little black pepper (for dressing) Steps Take around 500 grams of boiled chickpeas in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp salt, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything well so the chickpeas are evenly coated.
