Kheer Ganga is the flow of Ma Parvati’s milk, created from the blow of Mahadeva’s trishula as a source of nourishment for her son, Lord Kartikeyaji during his 11,000 years of tapasya. This video presents the Khir Ganga yatra on the Barshaini route from Tosh, through Naktan village, to the energetic spring of Ma Parvati in Himachal Pradesh in the Himalayas - a region of shakti and the 64 yoginis. Absorbing the medicinal, energetic water of Ma Parvatiji with openness to the sound frequencies of its history is purifying and holds expansive potential to rewire neural networks to align with cosmic frequencies. Sharing the narration of this puranic story, inferences are shown as to how our own linearity keeps us bound, and the importance of yatra and tantric sadhana as it relates to our our own internal expansion.
