Selection Box Repairs and taping the belt on my Superba S48 / White 1602

Our selection box ( light scanner ) had several problems 1. the motor spring mount broke off 2. the plastic that holds the contact at the motor broke off 3. two connection plugs were broke and needed gluing / soldering 4. and the transportation belt broke I tried to tape the belt and fix the other issues but thus far it’s not working well. I assume there is more broke but would appreciate your thoughts and advice
