Siren: FS 2001-SRN AC/DC, 1.1 RPM, 480 Hz Town: Clyde, OH (Sandusky County) Location: Woodland Ct. east of Franks Ave. Test Time: 1st Saturday of every month 12 PM Cycles: 3 minutes of alert and 1 blast Other notes: I had a suspicion this siren was not working right, and boy was I right! In my June ambiance, I heard a mysterious slow winding up siren, and in my July T-128 video, there was a low tone siren being heard from Clyde, and the only thing I figured it could be was this SRN. What really surprised me wasn't just that it's sick, but how long it took for it to wind up! I don't know how Clyde managed to screw this siren, but knowing them and their wonderful maintenance of their 3T22s, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Clyde also did attack this month, but this siren only did a short blast and then rotated for the rest of the sequence for some reason. At the beginning, you can hear the T-128 at the airport west of town, and then Clyde's sirens can be heard as this siren tries to wind up. The 130 at the high school has been fixed and can be clearly heard along with the SRNB, the 2 T-128s, and the Carter 3T22 (faintly).
