Part 2 of the inner child healing series allows you to return to a time in your childhood when you felt vulnerable, so that you, as an adult now, can give your child self the protection and support they needed. You are able to then say and do whatever you want to reclaim your power as both adult and child. Finally, now, you can speak your truth. You are heard. You return all hurt, wounds and damage, whether verbal or otherwise, to the perpetrators. Your higher self also supports you and gives you both back whatever was taken from you, whether dignity, power, freedom, safety or something else. You then rescue your child self from this situation and leave the past where it belongs - behind you.
