Photoshoot prep has officially started. In this video I take you through the start of my journey to get into the best shape of my life, with two photoshoots coming up over the next few months — one out here in Dubai and another in Marbella. At the time of filming I’m 15 weeks out from the Marbella shoot, with the Dubai shoot date not fully confirmed as of yet. This video gives you a look behind the scenes of the process. From my starting physique, training sessions, cardio, nutrition and what the plan looks like moving forward. This series will document the entire journey — the good weeks, the tough weeks, and everything that comes with getting into photoshoot condition. Along with the social side of my life on prep out here in Dubai.
