🌸 Beetroot Pachadi | Kerala Style Onam Sadya Recipe | ബീറ്റ്റൂട്ട് പച്ചടി 🌸 Beetroot Pachadi is a colourful and tasty Kerala vegetarian side dish, mostly prepared for Onam Sadya and special occasions. 🥗💖 In this video, I am showing you how to make simple and delicious Beetroot Pachadi step by step. --- Ingredients / ചേരുവകൾ: Beetroot – 1 cup (grated) Green chilli – 2 Salt – as needed Grated coconut – ½ cup Mustard seeds – ½ tsp (for grinding) Thick curd – ½ cup Coconut oil – 1 tsp Mustard seeds – ½ tsp (for tempering) Curry leaves – few Dry red chilli – 1 --- Preparation / തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം: 1️⃣ Cook grated beetroot with green chilli, salt & little water until soft. 2️⃣ Grind coconut, mustard seeds & green chilli into a smooth paste. 3️⃣ Mix the ground paste with cooked beetroot. 4️⃣ Add thick curd and combine well. 5️⃣ Prepare seasoning with coconut oil, mustard, curry leaves & dry red chilli. 6️⃣ Pour over the pachadi and mix gently. 👉 Colourful and tasty Beetroot Pachadi is ready to serve! 🌸🥗 --- 💖 Perfect for Onam Sadya, Vishu, or any Kerala-style vegetarian meal.
