DonAcDum. Though there's not really a iconic weapon for Chains, but two big guns absolutely fits the tough guy. Play it with cautious. It's better to get someone to cover you if you want to move out of cover. How Panic works: For Muscle, you need to have loud weapon for Panic to work. The enemies must be able to get suppressed to have a chance to be panic(Cop, gangster, sniper, guard, light unit, and heavy unit). Cop, gangster, sniper, and guard have 20% chance to get panic when you fire at them(The angle must not be to far away from them), the others have 14% chance. The range for panic to take effect is longer than Sociopath, using the same sniper rifle I use in this build, it can go as high as 72m. For Sociopath, killing an enemy within 18m radius will have a 75% chance to cause panic on every enemy within 9m radius(The type of enemy to get panic is same as Muscle).
