Out Now: bit.ly/2G0frT1 You may (or not) have noticed I’ve been slightly obsessed with the oscillator synch on the Voyager. I probably need to step away from this sound for a bit however both these tracks are a result of late nights deep in that world. The lead track MASSAI began with the arpeggiator that moves throughout the song. There’s a snippet of audio I sampled from a documentary about the Maasai’s journey across the Serengeti that repeats throughout. Maasai jumping is real spectacle and well worth checking out. Bamboo Forest is special dance floor in Goa. I played the sunrise set there several years ago which I’ll never forget.The synth work and melody transported me straight back to that dance floor hence the name.
