Our aim is to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction while embodying Gate.io's corporate culture and values. 今次設計師以科技型格風爲整個辦公室作設計，門口設有LED Wall宣傳公司，不僅可以吸引訪客的目光，也可以讓員工保持對市場的最新了解。 Our designer has adopted a technology-style theme for the entire office. An LED Wall is installed at the entrance for promoting Gate.io’s image, which not only attracts the attention of visitors, but also keeps employees up-to-date with the latest market trends. 辦公室的空間規劃首要考慮的是員工的座位佈局，包括不同部門的分佈，上下線的位置安排，開放性和私密性的平衡。 The primary consideration in office space planning is the layout of employee seating, including the distribution and arrangement of different departments, and the balance between openness and privacy. 今次根據客戶需要，設計師劃分了約30個開放式的工作區域，鼓勵員工之間的交流和協作，而爲確保需要處理一些高密資料員工擁有安靜的環境工作，設計師亦有爲其設立獨立的工作區/manager房。 According to client needs, our BW designer has divided around 30 open work areas to encourage communication and collaboration among employees. To ensure that those who need to deal with sensitive data have a quiet work environment, the designer has also established separate work areas or manager's rooms. 在工作中不能避免線上會議，所以在會議室的設計亦下了心思，無論在2-4人會議室或是20人會議室，均加入了高效的視訊會議設備。 We believe that online meeting rooms are necessary in their work process. Therefore, considerable thought has been put into the design of the meeting rooms. Whether a 2-4 people meeting room or a 20-person conference room would be needed, efficient video conferencing equipment has been included. 在辦公室傢俬的選擇上，我們的傢俬部門爲客戶選擇了符合人體工學的辦公椅和桌子，讓員工工作更舒適。 In terms of office furniture selection, our furniture department has chosen ergonomic office chairs and tables for our client, aiming to enhance the comfort of employees during work. VIP Room和Boss Room的設計注重私密性和舒適感，以確保在進行重要會議或接待重要客戶時，能提供一個既舒適又具有專業形象的工作環境。 The design of the VIP Room and Boss Room focuses on privacy and comfort, in order to ensure that a comfortable and professional working environment can be provided, when conducting important meetings or receiving important clients. 此外，辦公室不能少的多功能的共享空間，包括Pantry和休息區，讓員工在忙碌的工作之餘也能有休息和交流的空間。 In addition, a multifunctional shared space is indispensable in an office, including a pantry and a rest area, providing employees with a space to rest and interact amid their busy work schedules. 設計師特別選擇了面向大海的位置，讓員工在休息時可以欣賞到壯麗的海景，這不僅能提供一個放鬆的環境，也能啟發員工的創新思維。 Our designer has specifically chosen a location facing the sea, allowing employees to enjoy magnificent sea views during their breaks. This not only provides a relaxing environment but can also inspire innovative thinking among employees.
