Preceding the concertos, the orchestra gives its signature memorized performance of Shostakovich’s Chamber Symphony, plunging you directly into the heart of this blisteringly powerful music. The concert is performed in the Aula of the University of Oslo – a ceremonial hall adorned with murals by Edvard Munch.
