How To Add Video Motion in Screenflow 8: Select clip on Timeline Go to Inspector Panel an click on the third icon (Cmd + 3) Click ‘+ Action’ Tick ‘Effect’ box Select Spring in Dropdown Menu How To Animate Position:Select Clip on Timeline Drag Playhead (current time indicator) to end of the clip. Move the object to where you want it to be at the end Drag Playhead to the beginning of video motion clip and move the object to where you want it at the start Settings Used in Tutorial: Effect: Spring Lock: 1.2 Sec Damping: 2.5 Mass: 0.3 Stiffness: 20 Apply: Scale, Position, Rotation (all checked) How To Create a Video Motion Style Preset: When the animation settings are how you like them, create a Video Motion Preset to use over and over.
