In this video, I explore a fun and experimental solution I created while on vacation: an AI habit-building companion powered by ChatGPT. It’s designed to help reinforce your good routines like meditating, getting sunlight, eating well, and exercising. It does this by reminding you why they matter and encouraging consistency in a positive way. I also wanted to experiment with what it’s like in 2025 to build your own GPT, and see how you can create personal tools using AI to support your everyday life. This is a new style of video for me that is part productivity, part AI experiment and if it resonates with you, I’d love your feedback or contributions.
