Showcase of Shao Kahn, the first GC exclusive character to be ported to PS2. I've backported some MKA strings for Tai Tzu (11x strings) and also changed 1cs into 11cs to account for new 1 reaction. Voice was also quite a challenge that still requires some work - but general grunts/pain/generic voice bits fully work! Stuff that's missing/invalid is mostly fatality reactions and there's a lot of things to go through to figure out whats wrong.
