I found this idea in a book by Bakerella. I bought it online on Amazon. These are basically cake pops set in chocolate instead of on a stick.\ I bought the molds and candy melts at a bulk food store called "Bulk Barn", it is a Canadian chain in certain provinces. They have a store finder on their website if you want to check for them in your area. They can also be found at craft stores and in certain Walmart stores and can also be purchased online on many sites like Wilton.com and ebay. You can dye white chocolate using oil based or paste food colour. Liquid food colour will cause the chocolate to seize up and clump ( But I've been told, but have never tried it that if you add oil to the chocolate after that it will smooth out. If you try it, let me know)
