Testing Terrain3D to see if it's a good fit for making the terrain section of the cave render project. So far it seems to be able to do all that I need from a terrain system for this project, the one thing I wish it had is a way to import heightmap data from Gaea 2.2 into Godot, I'm still researching how to do that so far! There are some visual artifacts in this video, especially around the shrubbery when I was reviewing it, I was recording this in HDR using .H265, I should have used AV1 instead, but as I was editing the video, I found out that to render in HDR using DaVinci Resolve, I need to use the paid version and not the free version, so I had to convert the HDR RAW footage back down into SDR which is where I think the artifacting became exaggerated.
