Many people try to make Reuteri yogurt and fail, but I know why, as a medical professional and microbiologist. In this video, I explain the exact conditions needed for Lactobacillus reuteri to grow intensively and give you all the health benefits: oxytocin production, improved mood, better gut health, and more energy. 💡 Steps to Make Real Reuteri Yogurt: 1️⃣ Use fatty milk or cream. 2️⃣ Boil the milk or cream to kill unwanted bacteria. 3️⃣ Cool to 37 °C (body temperature). 4️⃣ Add inulin (from flax or sesame seeds). 5️⃣ Add BioGaia or other L. reuteri probiotic. 6️⃣ Place in a yogurt maker at a constant temperature for 36 hours — not less, not longer. 7️⃣ Refrigerate and eat at least 100 g daily for 30 days. Tip: Some people keep milk near a gas cooker, thinking it is warm enough — but it isn’t! Only a yogurt maker with a constant temperature works. ❌ Common mistakes: • Keeping milk near the gas stove (temperature is not stable) • Not using fatty milk • Incubating too short or too long Eat fermented foods.
