Newly released photos show Nick Reiner being pinned to the ground by a police officer while being arrested on suspicion of murdering his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner. The 32-year-old was seen pressed to the ground by a Los Angeles Police Department officer as several others watched on Sunday night, per photos shared by the LAPD Gang and Narcotics Unit on Monday. Additional photos, which were deleted shortly after they were posted, showed him being escorted to the front of a police car.
