SPICED STRAWBERRIES Ingredients 10-15 strawberries 2 cups orange juice 1 star anise 4 tbsps sugar 1 green chilli ¾ cup hung yogurt Method 1. Heat orange juice in a non-stick pan. Add star anise, 2 tbsps sugar and whole green chilli. 2. Put hung yogurt in a glass bowl, add 2 tbsps sugar and mix well. 3. Half fill shot glasses with yogurt and keep them in a refrigerator to chill. 4. Hull the strawberries, dice them and put them in a bowl. 5. Remove the green chilli from the orange juice and discard and cook till the juice gets concentrated. 6. Pour this mixture over the strawberries and let them soak for 10-15 minutes. 7. Top the yogurt mixture with the spiced strawberries and serve.
