14 - Collaborative activities and flipped classrooms

To make room for collaborative activities in class, instructors often “flip” the classroom, for example by having students watch online lectures before class. Do students learn more when flipped classrooms are combined with collaborative activities, compared to just using collaborative activities in class? In this video, I describe a study to answer this question.
