As one of the well-known serial entrepreneurs in Kosovo, Visar Ramajli started everything connected to ICT. He is the first Microsoft Certified Systems engineers and Microsoft Certified trainers in the country, specializing in Microsoft Systems Security. His experience in IT industry in Kosovo helped him establish the company “Information Technology Center”, which seized its operations in 2003. Shortly after, he joined forces with 4 other partners to establish CACTTUS, a company that at present stands as a leader in ICT industry in Kosovo, employing over 90 full time and 60 part time staff. Simultaneously, he continued his business ventures in marketing and digital printing. In 2006, he founded VM3 with Lirijon Kadriu, focusing on digital printing, advertising and public relations. VM3 quickly became a household name in the marketing industry, working with the best known international brands present in Kosovo. Today, the company employs over 110 full time and part time staff. KIVO L.L.C., the largest plastics packaging company in Kosovo, and one of the most advanced ones in the Western Balkans market, was a natural progression in digital printing and packaging for Mr. Ramajli. As a joint investment between Kosovo and Dutch partners, the company today is one of the top exporters from Kosovo, employing around 115 people, with innovative and very successful products targeting Western European, Scandinavian and Southeast European markets. The successful venture in the plastics industry lead to the opening of REKS L.L.C. in 2017, with continued participation of Kosovo and Dutch partners. The new venture will become one of the largest plastics recycling companies in Southeast Europe, becoming functional in autumn of 2018. The factory will initially employ around 130 full time personnel, with plans for significant expansion in the near future. Mr. Ramajli is a founder and co-owner of CACTTUS, VM3, KIVO, REKS, KUDOS, Sofra Distribution, 4C Group, Harrisia, Cacttus Albania and Cacttus Education.
